Hermoine is a dog that was abandoned in a forest in South Carolina. She lived there for a year until one day she stepped in a rusty coyote trap. Animal control and the local police tried to capture her but without luck. Hope For Paws decided to give it a try, a humane trap was set for her but she didn't go in. They decided to use their trick of luring her with food and trying to gain her trust. After two hours of trying to gain her trust, she still wouldn't let the rescue worker pet her.
