When a caring woman saw pictures of an incredibly skinny dog on Facebook, she decided to take action. The woman knew how to handle dogs, but never took such a bad case from the street in an attempt to heal and rehabilitate the dog. This was as much an adventure for Billy as for his new caretaker. At first it was very hard to get through to Billy, after he'd be diagnosed with mange he went home and slowly started to heal and get used to people. After just 3 weeks, he already looked amazing, in 2 months you wouldn't believe it was the same dog as the sick, skinny and scared dog that was taken off the street. A new owner for Billy was found and he enjoys a great life with his new family now.
