This poor lonely dog was spotted in the L.A. River so Hope For Paws was called in for help. according to an eyewitness the dog was thrown 30 feet down by an animal hating lunatic. When the first rescueworker got down to him he noticed the puppy was in a lot of pain. And not without a reason, as someone had cut off his foot. Make sure you watch the video up to the end though, you'll see Jordan having a great time after all, even with only 3 legs.
