Madadh is likely the oldest wolf in the world, living at the Wolf Watch UK sanctuary in England. In the wild, wolves live for 5 years on average, they have such a short life span due to the fact they need to be able to hunt by themselves, fight with other wolf packs and battle diseases. Wolves in captivity have a much easier life, Maddie is now 19 years and still leading a happy life!Animals: wolf
