Rescue

An injured dog was found by Animal Aid in the middle of a busy highway with cars continually passing by closely. He had a bad infection on one of his ears that was infested by maggots.He was in a dangerous place, so the rescuers had to be very careful, the dog trusted them completely and was very friendly so they were able to take him without much effort. He was brought back to the Animal Aid hospital for treatment. A powder was put on the wound to kill the maggots and after a while, disinfectant was sprayed in. After daily treatments, the wound was cleaned and started to heal. This sweet dog was called Ernest and you won't believe how good he started to look after a couple of weeks!
