Rescue

An elderly stray dog was found in India while stuck in a gutter where he was laying in sewage water. Bystanders pulled him out and called Animal Aid Unlimited. The dog had a deep wound in his back, which was infested with maggots and flies. The dog was not able to stand and was easy to be taken to the rehabilitation center. He was washed with disinfecting soap and the wound was treated. The dog was also dehydrated and needed to be given fluids over the next couple of days, he soon started eating and learned to stand up again, after a month, the dog was all better and enjoying his days as an old man.
