Rescue

A four day old seal pup was found on a beach near Homer, Alaska. It stayed there for a couple of days without a sign of it's mother. The young seal looked very skinny and dehydrated. After sending a picture to the Alaska Sealife Center, the rescuers were told he was abandoned and should be rescued. Please do not attempt to rescue any marine mammal without first consulting your local rescue hotline.
