Cholita is a Spectacled bear that was taken from the wild and held in a circus. She was in the circus for 10 years, they cut off her fingers and broke her teeth so she was defenseless. Almost all her hair had fallen out due to stress. When she was taken from the circus by authorities, at first she was placed in a zoo, this was already a way better place for her to stay. Then she was taken in by Animal Defenders International and nursed her back to health, she was now getting her forever home in the habitat she used to live in.
