Rescue

Christie is a cute puppy of around 10 weeks old, she was found in Fort Worth where she was presumably hit by a car. She has multiple broken bones on the back side of her body, making it almost impossible for her to walk. Especially her left leg was a real mess, with pieces of bone everywhere. During a long operation all bones were aligned and splints were attached so the bones could heal. As Christie was still very young, the healing progress went quite quick, 3 days after surgery we see her slowly learning to walk again and after two weeks it was a world of difference already, it took some more time to completely heal up and after a couple of more weeks she was ready to be put up for adoption!
