Animal Aid got a call on their help line about a dog that was so sick, he couldn't stand up anymore. The rescueworkers got quite a scare as they arrived on the scene as the dog had a wound on his head that was infested with maggots, hundreds of flies were swarming around him. He didn't even resist being picked up. He was brought back to their facility where the sweet guy's wounds were disinfected so the maggots would die. After intense treatment for days, Moses finally started to feel better, after 2 months he had pretty much healed up and while he was a bit wobbly, he leads a very happy life!
