Nerve Wrecking Goose Rescue

August 7, 2018
Rescue
An Egyptian goose mother and her babies were living quite close to a busy road with a pond quite far away, it wasn't unsafe yet but this sure wasn't the best place for them to live. As soon as the Wildlife Aid team came close, the mother became very anxious and even flew off. The babies where captures and both the mother and father came back after around 20 minutes but didn't want to walk into Simon's trap. He had to let the babies go again and now tried to lure them back into the trap all together. After a long and patient rescue, the family was caught together and now it was time to get to the nearest body of water where they'd have a much safer place to grow up.
