A Bulgarian homeless man in the suburbs of Athens, Greece was exploiting a mother dog while begging on the streets. He kept the dog tied and according to witnesses, was constantly abusing her. He kept some of her puppies in a box and tried to sell them. In this video from The Orphan Pet we get to see the puppies and mom after the man was apprehended by the police, they were now officially under the care of SPAZ, an animal welfare charity. Within a few days, the father of the pups and four more pups were found as well. Both parents will be neutered and new families for the dogs are being searched.
