Rescue

A Yorkshire terrier was found in an industrial area where it had taken shelter under a rack of propane tanks. The scared little girl was rescued by Hope For Paws who put a long leash around her neck and managed to pull her out from under the rack with some effort. She was likely a fireworks victim who got scared and ran off. Sephora didn't have a microchip, so she was given a bath and taken to a foster family. After searching the internet, her family was found and she was safely returned home.
