From Homeless To Service Dog

March 2, 2018
As a gentle giant was abandoned on the street, Hope For Paws came to rescue this beautiful Newfoundlander. He was very easy to approach and had been living on the streets for a couple of days now. He gladly accepted the food that was offered to him and Everest as he was called, was brought back to get a well needed bath. He didn't really enjoy his bath but as long as there were people around he seemed calm and happy. After a couple of days he went on a plane ride to a much colder part of the United States with his new family where he will be trained to be a service dog and visit children in hospitals!
