Hope For Paws was called about an abandoned dog in downtown Los Angeles, the rescue workers kept offering him food but he wasn't really interested. They had to catch him quickly as it could be dangerous if he ran off. He was put in a crate and Maxwell, as he was named, was taken to a safer place. The fluffy guy was offered some water and cuddles before he was given a well needed bath. He's now in foster care and ready to be adopted by his new family.
