Howard is a pretty bulldog who was dumped in a park, he had an inflammation on his butt which needed some investigating. He was brought to Vet Ranch who diagnosed him with an infection on his anal sack which looked really ugly and had to hurt. He was put under and operated on. After the operation he moved to a foster home and the foster family turned out to be his new permanent family as they decided to adopt him!
