Dog Chained Up In A Basement

As someone bought a house, he found a pit bull chained up in the basement. It's not clear how long the dog had been down there but apparently it wasn't for too long as the dog was still in a good shape and very happy to see people. The dog was rescued by Stray Rescue of St. Louis and named Jumping Bean as she's just too happy!Animals: dog
