Chikita is a sad looking chihuahua puppy that was brought from a shelter to Vet Ranch because she was un-adoptable due to a medical condition. She's suffering from a hernia, her abdomen came through her belly wall. Dr. Lee explains the procedure and shows during the operation how difficult it is to put everything back in there. Her teeth were also cleaned during the operation since they were in bad shape. After the operation she started doing better and was placed in a foster family so she could be adopted.
