Rescue

This dog was terribly abused for ten years. She was kept on a chain linked to a fence, the ground was a muddy pool and she often went without food or water. Her owners even went as far as peeing on her from the porch. Neighbours had called the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals numurous times, but to no avail. An organization called Animal Advocates got to her and managed to resue her. When they got to her, she was emaciated, dehydrated and barely able to walk. Her coat was weighed down by clumps of caked mud. While her previous owners named her Judas, she's now listening to the name Judith. She seemed so happy after her rescue. Her hips would still hurt, so she often had to get by with a wheelchair but thankfully got a couple more good years.
