Rescue

Manya is a bear that lived for 14 years in a too small cage next to a shopping mall, to serve as an attraction. Her life was absolutely horrible as she had barely any room, an always filthy cage and no shelter from the sun. She's now finally been rescued by Four Paws. The cage actually had no door, it was welded shut so during the rescue, Manya had been put to sleep so the rescue workers could safely open her cage. After they got her out, she was brought to their sanctuary in Domazhyr, Ukraine where she got a much larger enclosure that looks a lot more like her natural habitat.
